Terms of Use and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Guia do Hóspede system (hereinafter the "Platform"), you expressly agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Nature of the Service

Guia do Hóspede is a technology platform (SaaS) that provides tools for owners and managers of short-term rental properties ("Hosts") to create informational digital guides for their guests ("Guests"). We have no affiliation with booking platforms (such as Airbnb or Booking) and do not participate in rental transactions.

3. Exclusive Responsibility for Content (UGC)

The Platform functions solely as a display vehicle. All content entered into the guides — including text, photos, videos, links, rules, instructions, and passwords — is the sole responsibility of the Host.

Guia do Hóspede does not review, approve, or preemptively monitor the content entered. The Host guarantees that they hold the copyrights and necessary licenses for all images and media uploaded to the platform.

4. Physical Security, Passwords, and Access (Special Attention)

The Host understands that the guide links generated by the Platform, although not publicly indexed by search engines (such as Google), may be freely shared or forwarded by anyone who has the link.

It is expressly discouraged to include critical physical security information in text, photo, or video format, such as:

• Permanent passwords for electronic locks;
• Codes for safes, lockers, or key boxes;
• The exact location of hidden keys.

Guia do Hóspede fully and completely disclaims any liability for theft, robbery, damage, property invasion, or security breaches resulting from the leaking, improper sharing, or poor management of information entered into the guide by the Host.

5. Service Availability

We work to keep the Platform available 24 hours a day. However, the service may experience instability or temporary maintenance. We are not liable for financial losses, negative guest reviews, or any indirect damage caused by the temporary unavailability of the guides.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to Premium features requires payment of the current subscription for the contracted period. We do not perform automatic renewal. At the end of the billing cycle, it is the Host's responsibility to manually renew in order to maintain access to the exclusive tools.

If the subscription is not renewed, the account will revert to the limitations of the free plan, which may result in the deactivation of guides that exceed that plan's limit. We do not offer prorated refunds for cancellations requested during the validity of an already paid plan.

7. Cancellation and Suspension

Guia do Hóspede reserves the right to suspend or delete, without prior notice, accounts of Hosts who use the platform to share illegal, offensive, or abusive content, or who violate these Terms of Use.
